House Rules and Code of Conduct

Welcome to our establishment. To ensure that your stay and that of our other guests is as pleasant, safe and comfortable as possible, we ask you to read and follow these house rules:

  • Mandatory identification: In accordance with current legislation, all guests over 14 years of age must present a valid official ID document (national ID card, NIE, passport or driving licence) at check-in.
  • Visitors: For security and capacity-control reasons, unregistered persons are not permitted access to rooms without prior authorisation from reception.
  • Safekeeping of valuables: The establishment does not provide a safe deposit box in rooms or at reception. We are not responsible for the loss, theft or robbery of money, jewellery, electronic devices or other valuables left in rooms or common areas. We ask guests to keep their belongings supervised and to make sure they leave their room door properly locked when going out.

  • Quiet hours: To ensure everyone's rest, please keep quiet in rooms and hallways between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The volume of electronic devices should be kept at a moderate level throughout the day.
  • Hygiene and attire: To move through common areas (reception, hallways, dining room), appropriate clothing is required (barefoot, shirtless or wet swimwear are not permitted).
  • Behaviour and coexistence: Conduct that disturbs the peace, rest or respect owed to staff and other guests will not be tolerated. The use of narcotic substances, or behaviour under their effects, is strictly prohibited throughout the premises.

  • Smoke-free space (with outdoor exceptions): Smoking (including tobacco, e-cigarettes and vapes) is strictly prohibited inside rooms and in all indoor areas of the establishment. Smoking is only permitted on outdoor terraces or balconies, making sure to keep the room door closed so smoke doesn't get in. Smoking inside a room will incur an extra charge for special cleaning and deodorising.
  • Facilities: Please make responsible use of water, electricity and the fan. Any damage caused to furniture through negligent use will be charged to the guest's account.

Here, humans are welcome as long as they come well accompanied by their pets! We love having you, but since we know living alongside so many humans at once can be a challenge, we've written these "doggy and kitty rules" for you to read together with your human:

  • Paperwork in order: Your human should pack your vaccination booklet, just in case we get curious about how healthy you are.
  • Short leash, please: When walking through reception or the hallways, always stay close to your human on your leash. Some humans are afraid of you (hard to believe, we know!) and some other four-legged guests prefer to keep their distance.
  • Restricted areas: We know you have a good appetite, but health regulations mean you can't enter the dining area or the shared bathrooms. Your human will have to bring you a treat in the room!
  • Alone in the room... better not! Try not to stay alone in the room. If you get homesick, start crying, or decide to redecorate the curtains or chew the corners, your human will be responsible for the resulting costs. If your human needs to step out for a moment without you, please let reception know and leave us a contact phone number in case we miss you.
  • Sleeping like royalty: We've prepared a great spot for you, so tell your human to use your own bed or blanket. The hotel's white sheets and towels are for humans only (and trust us, your fur looks better on your own blanket).
  • Your "business", outside: Accidents happen, but please try to do your business outdoors. If there's an accident indoors, your human must clean it up immediately and let us know so we can disinfect the area.

The establishment reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract immediately and without refund for any guests (human or furry) who display aggressive behaviour, seriously breach these rules, or disturb the peace and safety of the premises.

These rules are designed so that we can all enjoy a fantastic stay. Please remember that by checking in you agree to comply with these rules, so not knowing them does not excuse not following them. Thank you very much for helping us maintain excellent coexistence!
