How to book?
To formalize your reservation by phone, please have the following information ready:
- First and last name
- ID
- Check-in and check-out dates
- Rooms to reserve
- Your credit card number and expiration date

If you need to arrive after 8 PM on the day of arrival, please inform us when making your reservation.
Cancellations
To cancel your reservation, please note that:
- If you do not notify and do not show up, the first night will be charged and you will lose the reservation if it includes more days.
- If you notify 24 hours before the day of arrival, a €10 cancellation fee will be charged.
- If you notify with more notice, nothing will be charged.
